“Advance Fee Fraud” letter where people promise to help you find a job or get you a job. When you respond the person will ask for a small fee.
In the social communities like crossoverprofiles the person will have picture of an attractive woman who claims to be the "hotel director, hotel manager".
These comments are meant to lure job seekers into parting with money or personal information to get the job.
Remember legitimate companies don’t use yahoo as their email they use the companies email address. Don’t reply or contact this people.
Here is a sample letter/comment:
At ******pm on February **, 2009, Rose said…
Good day,
I am Rose from Canada, the manager of Omni canadian hotel, pls i want to inform you about the vaacancies in our hotel, The management needs men and women, married and not married, who will work and live in canada .The hotel will pay for his flight ticket and assist him to process his visa in his country, if you are interested contact us via E-mail : omnimontroyalhotel_international@yahoo.ca
And the Hotel informations will be sent to you immediately.

Another sample commentwith this comment they usually use photos of flowers as their main photo.

I am Mr Boateng Essien, the branch manager of the international Commercial Bank, Kaneshie First Light Branch Accra Ghana. I got your address from the Internet through the consultancy directory during my search for a reliable and honest person to transact this business with.
I write to solicit your assistance in a funds transfer deal involving US$2,300.000.00.
